Private House

This house is located in Vik, Österlen in southern Sweden. The house is situated on a large plot, in the middle of an apple orchard with a magnificent view of the sea. The house consists of two simple volumes, angled against each other, a modern twist on the local typology. The larger building contains dwelling. The smaller building is occupied by garage, workshop, technical areas and storage. Between the houses there is a lower link, which also includes a laundry room.
