Three new residential buildings with 66 apartments (1-4 bedrooms) are currently under construction in Segeltorp, Stockholm. Occupancy is expected by mid 2012.
The monochrome buildings in three shades of terracotta form a protective wall between the industrial sites and traffic in the north and the south-facing shared courtyard. Sturdy gable roofs create a distinct motif and character.
