TEA is currently working on a new residential building with about 110 apartments as part of the new "Barkarbystaden". The block is characterized both by its orientation from north to south, and partly by the location next to two of the new main streets in the area. In addition to housing the block contains offices and/or boutiques facing the street and underground parking. The inner courtyard will be a green space with patios and play areas for the residents.
