Development of Bergen Harbour, 2003. The plan captures the character of the Bergen medieval town with its long and narrow Hansa market places. In the new plan, the medieval notion is transformed into a plan with tight streets and non-rectangular open spaces. Long narrow fingers of water and greenery, penetrate the blocks, reflecting the Hansa spaces as well as the former docks of the harbour area.
